"Teertha is a very empathic -  a good and a kind person and non-judgemental too.   I found it very easy to talk to her about past experiences and present-day anxieties and she somehow induces a feeling of peace to the environment that is calming and reassuring.  The ...therapies... (Teertha guided me into)... around breathing exercise and what is akin to semi-hypnosis state brought about a deep sleepy relaxation. Afterwards, it took quite a while for me to "re-surface" and come back to the present world (in a good way!).  I was really happy to find that this deep, stress/anxiety-free state of peacefulness lasted with me for many days beyond the therapy. It was like a re-set! If I work at relaxation techniques and the tools Teertha shared with me then I am confident that I can extend that peaceful state for many more days and weeks to come... Thank you Teertha"

"......I travelled to (...a sacred circle...) with Teertha, hoping for a good experience, but also mindful not to expect miracles. Well, I now know miracles are real!  Upon arrival, you are greeted with such warm, welcoming and friendly energy from the space and of course Teertha. The sacred circles are incredibly beautiful. They are deep and powerful, yet, feel very safe and loving. Teertha leads masterfully and with such kindness, patience and generosity. The music throughout and her singing is moving and beautiful. The space is very comfortable, with lovely food also provided. I managed to process so much ....... and have come away a slightly different person each time.  It really has been a magical and life changing experience and look forward to returning. I feel incredibly fortunate and grateful to have met Teertha! Thank you"

"The somatic consent weekend workshop with Teertha was ostensibly about creating safe space to explore consensual, platonic touch - and it was this. The exercises in touch exploration were playful, challenging, delightful, deep and nourishing. The room was frequently flooded in oxytocin… But, in combination with the theory that was offered and very clearly articulated by Teertha throughout, touch became the playground for exploring and embodying the basic principles of self-responsibility and sovereignty, healthy relating and communicating, connecting with and expressing personal truth, desire and boundaries - and for experiencing each of these as part of the inextricably woven web of being a human in healthy, reciprocal, and pleasurable relationship and community with other humans. This should be basic life learning from very early childhood, but our culture is so far from this reality. I experienced a deep grief, at the end of the workshop, for the tragedy of this, especially having witnessed throughout the weekend how quickly and profoundly this work sets in for people, when safety is cultivated and the invitation is present. On top of this grief, I also felt an even deeper relief for having experienced how it might all be possible. I have no doubt that this work has the potential to transform culture. Teertha is a skilled facilitator. She lives what she teaches, communicates crystal clearly, and cultivates an extraordinarily safe space for the exploration that this work requires. I plan on delving deeper into this work, and would highly recommend this workshop to literally anybody (needless to say!)".
