What a beautiful weekend and workshop. Highly recommended for anyone daring enough to peel back another layer and go within for a fresh look at shadows through the lens of consensual touch.
A mind-blowing workshop that gives the opportunity to really look at some of the spiritual bypassing that’s playing out unconsciously, and an in-depth look at old unconscious defaults in ourselves and others. This training gives an opportunity to have a beautiful self-realisation in a loving safe space. I have never gone so deep and raw before.
Integrating this training has been very powerful. I have been practising sitting with my feelings which is quite new for me. At one stage I was like OMG!, all these feelings, but with no attachment to a story floating around inside of me. It was intense, but to be able to give myself the time to just be and do nothing, just sit with the feelings and be present with them, that was actually a big shift for me… it really helped me move through the stories and get back into my body and feel. Such deep work!
I have so much more compassion and patience with myself and others for the inner standing of the unconscious default program. I shall keep doing the practice as it’s definitely worth it!
