“I recently took part in a training in Cork with Teertha, the art of consent choice and communication. As always with Teertha, from the word go I felt very comfortable and safe, even though it was a content I felt a bit unsure about at the beginning. But I have to say, it was amazing and so empowering! Teertha is a wonderful teacher and makes the space feel very safe and is always at hand to help and to make sure that everything is explained in a way that when we leave and go home, we can carry the training with us and simply apply the tools into life.
